Personal Training and Group Fitness Instructor focusing on muscle confusion and interval training. I also utilize the TRX suspension Training Methods combined the RIP Stick to achieve optimal body weight training with bursts of cardio that allow safe effective advancing modalities. I will do in home private sessions providing clients with a TRX/RIP set or train in a studio. I am a Beachbody Coach and in that I train, motivate and guide students thru fitness programs and help them with nutrition thru the internet and occasional face to face meetings. Beachbody coaches are independent contractors and in that we are responsible for all of our own business generation. My clients from that I take through these programs are generally located 100's to 1000's of miles from me. It is my goal to keep them motivated and on track with their fitness and health goals. I also mentor many of these students to also become coaches themselves.I run and organize annual Fitness Retreats to Italy with students. The trips are 1 week long with daily training and mixed with the culture of Tuscany as well as the beauty of the countryside for hiking and biking. I am the guide for my students, I secure the Villa, make all arrangements for tours and meals as well as market and advertise the event. I have appeared in SHAPE Magazine in March and April 2014 in the TRX Ad Campaign, My photo was chosen to represent their product. I continue my connection with TRX thru conventions and ongoing education. In June 2012 I entered and placed in the top 10 figure competitors in the 1st Beachbody Body Beast Competition. I was one of 66 female competitors and the oldest of the group, I came in 6th. In August of 2014 I was chosen by Beachbody as their quarterly transformation winner and was awarded $1000 for my physical transformation utilizing Beachbody Products. I am the winner for the 50-59 age group.
