Ich bin jetzt Teil der molekularen Pathologie. In dieser Eigenschaft kümmere ich mich um NGS-Analysen (DNA und RNA), MSI-Untersuchungen, CISH, RT-PCR basierte Analysen und wechselnde Forschungsprojekte.

I worked on a DFG project about the hormonal control of spermatogenesis in Nile tilpaia at the institute for applied zoology. Here, I gained experience in RT-qPCR, organ culture, fluorescence microscopy, ELISA and RNA-Seq. Besides the practical work I was also involved in experiment design and the publishing of the results.
