    At west Group, I worked under the direction of the Assistant Property Manager. I assisted her with drafting up contracts, purchase orders, and invoices to send out to the many companies we worked along side of. I was responsible for A/P, A/R, and inputting all of out monthly billing onto excel spreadsheets. I would submitt weekly vendor invoices and accounts payable to the main accounting department in the coporate billing for futher processing. I would be responsibile for maintaining all office supplies, and ordering more inventory as it got low. My daily taskes included answering a multi-line phone, emergency line for all of our elevators, takeing messeges for our office staff, and directing calls throughout the office. I was also in charge of updating all of the caladars for the vice president and supervisors, along with coordinating meetings bettween vendors, tenants, and clients. I would be in charge of employee luncheons, and holiday events quarterly, and dealt with pety cash for employee reimbursements, and luncheon costs. Along with these duties, I had to maintain all building files, vendor files, tenant files, and financial files which consited of opening new main folders, and subfolders with in each file. Once a tenant had move out, we would close the file and archive it, and move it to our storage unit. On a weekly and monthly basis, I would coordinate tenant move ins, and assist the property managers with ordering signes, and scheduling tenant fit outs.
