Analyse sales and financial results and make recommendations to address any relevant risk or opportunity in the market. Analyse and control strategies related to levels of consultant and store productivity and profitability. Manage relationships with the Supply Chain team to ensure efficiency with all retailers. Management and development of a team of people, lead and support from a HR operational support. I have the ability to communicate and articulate vision at all levels, be creative and innovative and sometimes entrepreneurial! I have key leadership and managerial skills , customer and relationship-focused whilst managing vision and purpose . A strong team player with the ability to be both proactive and reactive.

Managing multiple levels of commercial relationships to support the brand and retailer relationships integral for the growth of Huda Beauty, including HR, Education, Marketing, Wholesale, Retail Targeting, Staffing Budgets, Strategy, Visual Merchandising, Payroll, and retailer relationships.
