Current• Managed multiple facilities while maintaining a full clinical caseload• Lead care plans with Inter-Disciplinary team, residents, and families • Weekly presentations for Medicare and discharge planning meetings • Continuing staff education for safe lifting/body mechanics • Mentoring of new clinicians and students • Wellness program development including Tai Chi and Therapeutic Massage• Creation and facilitation of Low Vision Support Group• Member of WEL Leadership team, a select group focused on developing leadership skills of current employees to facilitate their advancement within the company• Member of WEL’s Go Green Initiative team, designed to decrease the facility’s carbon footprint • Member of Wellness Committee, including creation and implementation of monthly Health and Wellness programming• Outpatient Therapy program development• Volunteer orientation• Restorative Nursing program initiation• Mentored multiple therapists to be managers• Medicare Resource Utilization Group (RUG) management, implementation of and adherence to Medicare therapy guidelines, and Case Mix Index (CMI) management• Facilitation of documentation audits
