Document all complaints with a resolution for future reference.• Ensure that proper telephone etiquette is practiced when handling inquiry calls.• Oversee the overall sales function and financial performance of the hotel.• Conduct daily departmental staff meetings to ensure effective communication and employee motivation.• Ensure that all employees are properly trained to handle emergency situations.• Review room inventory and hotel supplies weekly to maintain consistent inventory levels.• Conduct performance appraisals of hourly employees and management. Complete all developmental plans for employees.• Analyze market trends and activity (rate changes, new business, new competitors).• Maintain effective communication between your property and the Corporate Service Center. Respond and follow-up on a timely basis.• Act as a team player by assisting other departments in the hotel. Be willing and able to perform any task on the property, as needed
