My name is Michelle Vincent and I am a recent graduate from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. I would summarize myself as a hard-working dental hygienist that is willing to go the extra mile to improve the oral health of my patient's. My energetic and social personality allows me to connect with my patients and peers on a more personal level. With my professional and hardworking attitude I believe that I would be a great addition to any practice. I am looking for a practice that is willing to help with the development and the continued improvement of my clinical skills. I am currently working as a short and long term dental hygienist for Doctor Staffing and Resources Inc. As a dental hygienist temp, I fulfill all the duties of a dental hygienist in an office that is in need of a dental hygienist for the day. I am also currently working as a dental hygienist for Sealants for Smiles. As a dental hygienist for Sealants for Smiles, I assess the oral needs of the patients, place sealants when needed, and apply fluoride varnish. Sealants for Smiles caters to the needs to children that may not be able to afford dental treatment. Both jobs are rewarding and have allowed me to expand my knowledge of the dental hygiene field, while allowing me to develop not only clinical skills, but help improve the oral health of the community.
