I am a recent graduate with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Leadership Studies from Florida Atlantic University. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong passion for understanding human behavior and cognitive processes, with the goal of helping individuals improve their lives through informed psychological practice.My current experience in the fitness industry has been instrumental in growing my leadership, communication skills, and experience in motivating others.
