After returning from 9 months overseas I took up my previous role at Resolution Institute. Michelle Vui is an experienced registration manager who has worked in the industry for over 10 years. Registration Management Services offers a fully outsourced service for organisations running a conference, congress, event, forum, meeting or symposium. This includes a custom online registration form, and full administration of the registration process.

My role as Registration Manager was largely a customer service role involving the sometimes complex needs of conference delegates from New Zealand and Overseas. At times I was responsible for upwards of 1000 delegates across a number of conferences.I worked closely with the conference managers which has given me a clear understanding of all facets of organising workshops, events and conferences. This includes venue bookings, catering, audio visual equipment, liaising with speakers, travel and accommodation.I was responsible for the collection of registration fees and the management of this income through client trust fund accounts. This also included reconciliation of the income received and provision of reports to clients.
