In my role, I build strategy to accelerate time to value for our customers, leveraging best practices defined by Azure Landing Zone, Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework to optimize customer digital transformation journey.

As WW ISV finance lead, I partnered with Global ISV LT, global PDMs and Solution area leads to drive strategy and execution of the business. I developed insights into ISV Azure consumption and CoSell trends, and ultimately helped business identify and realize growth opportunities.

Long range planning, target setting and driver-based analytics for Device reverse supply chain business. In my role, I partnered with senior business leaders set 1-3 year targets that aligned and delivered business objectives. In addition, I evaluated business health through analysis and delivered insights to help business manage risks & opportunities.

Led team and oversaw consumer billing to cash process for Commerce Platform across all MSFT subsidiaries globally. I partnered with Commerce Engg team designing platform capabilities and enabled new business model across consumer and commercial segments. In 2016, I was recognized by CFO award for redesigning commerce billing to cash process that enabled cross-country FX solutions and remediated audit deficiencies.

Led a team of seasoned auditors to deliver financial and operational audits across supply chain, manufacturing factories and shared services for Caterpillar globally. I was responsible for developing audit strategy and execution plan from scoping, planning, fieldwork to reporting. I led management discussion and reported key findings and recommendations to Audit Committee.
