I am passionate about making a real difference and adding value to the business by creating an environment where people can thrive. A chartered fellow of the CIPD I have international HR experience having worked in regional and global HR leadership roles. I have vast experience of aligning HR strategy to the goals of the business, working alongside business leaders and the board to set direction, create a healthy cultural environment and deliver to plan. My strengths are in my down to earth practical approach to work and people, bringing out the best in others and just ‘giving it a go’ whilst remaining quality-focused and creating value. Aspects of HR that I particularly enjoy include organisation design, talent management, employee engagement and change management. I am a trusted advisor, coach and mentor to leaders and employees alike. Outside of work I love to get outdoors walking with my family and our dog, hiking when we can get to the hills and challenging myself to run 10K races!
