-Part of the opening team for the Lodge (Lodge opened May 2015)-Develop and execute the strategic group sales plan for the Lodge-Responsible for a department revenue goal of $4 million (catering and rooms)-Provide day to day leadership to sales associates (team of 7) to achieve property sales objectives and goals-Oversee and delegate the incoming RFPs to appropriate sales manager-Ensure hotel meets and exceeds budgeted goals (catering and rooms) for Group Sales Department-Work closely with the Management Company and Ownership to create room/revenue goals, budget, etc, along with providing weekly and monthly updates-Work closely with Marketing team to create all group advertisements and promotions-Creation and management of The Knot, Wedding Wire and Cvent property sites-Organize and execute monthly sales calls / client office visits-Obtained the Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate in 2017 & 2019-Actively attending and participating in the Pocono Mountain CVB meetings and events-Actively attending Meeting Professionals International (MPI) events-Attend Trade shows and industry events as a representation of the Resort-Knowledge of Visual One and Agilysys products, Social Tables, eProposal and Propose-Created all sales documents, promotional pieces, Cvent listing, The Knot listing for new property (previously the same ownership group) in the Catskill Mountains – Opened Early 2019

-Increased the volume of room nights at the property for the corporate meeting market, along with the corporate transient market-Identified and targeted new key accounts for the property-Built relationships with local corporations for potential business opportunities-Responsible for all corporate and government groups with and without overnight guestrooms-Attendee Scranton Chamber of Commerce events and local networking events-Knowledge of Opera and Sales Tracking System (STS)-Completed Radisson Brand "Yes I Can" Training

Served on the board for the 2013-2014 year as Immediate Past President and oversaw the Nominations Committee for selection of the 2014-2015 Board of Directors Slate.

Served as the president for the New Jersey Chapter of MPI for the 2012-2013 year. Attended the World Education Conference (WEC) in St. Louis and participated in the Chapter Leader's Forum.

-Managed market territory/segment and achieved annual room revenue and room night target goals. -Specialized in the Pharmaceutical, Medical, Military and Education markets -Developed specific action plans for market segments-Participated actively in industry related professional organizations-Managed And oversaw the Sales and Marketing budget for the property-Responsible for creating an annual marketing plan for assigned market segments including increasing revenue and room nights while maintaining marketing costs and maximizing ROI.-Great knowledge of the Pocono Mountains and type of corporate clients and meetings that the region attracts -Consistently have met my quarterly and yearly revenue and room night goals for the past 7 years -Created new, unique and fun events to entertain clients on property-Conducted successful in office visits to new and existing clients-Attended and participated in the Pocono Mountain Convention & Visitors Bureau Director of Sales meetings and regional events.-Attended specific trade shows and events for assigned market segments.
