I was responsible for finding and creating solutions to communication problems between teams, leaders and volunteers. Creating, producing, and distributing marketing, graphic design, videography, photography, and advertising for community events on a weekly bases. I managed, recruited, and lead volunteer teams while keeping them accountable and equipping them with the training and resources they need. I established relationships with guests and provided any communication resources they needed. In addition, I also learned, programmed, and updated the website, updated the core app being used, and helped keep sign ups and funds organized.
