• Managing 20 plus clients bookkeeping on a daily/weekly basis using Xero and Quickbooks.• Checking and submitting VAT Returns.• Quarterly management accounts for 2 companies.• Processing monthly Journals. Calculating prepayments and accruals • Managing the staff Rota to make sure the office is staffed correctly.• I have recently started getting back involved in the accounts prep from working papers through to posting on Tax Calc and producing draft accounts.

• Accounts assistant for 3 separate businesses detailing: purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control, including coding and posting invoices, liaising with suppliers and customers in addition managing, reporting and chasing debt.• I am the sole person in charge of the 3 companies accounts so perform all duties as required• I manage daily bank reconciliations including making payments.• I run the payroll for 6 weekly staff and 3 salaried staff. • Administer the Companies pension scheme.• Deal with all holiday requests in order to comply with the new holiday calculations ensuring our employees are paid correctly.• I take control of all office duties whether it be ordering stationary, answering calls or organizing the transport for the drivers when the sales lady is on leave
