Sales & Marketing Manager overseeing all activities relating to our core business, manufacturer of cereal and muesli products (blended, toasted, clusters and bars). Responsible for the following divisions of the business; Own Brands, Private Label, Contract Manufacturing and Food Ingredients.Main responsibilities include attaining new business through product innovation and line extensions, all marketing activities, product artwork, securing new contracts, managing the NPD process within the business, meeting sales targets, reporting and analysis and ensuring a high standard of service across the sales team.Accountable for customer retention, business development, brand awareness, sales targets and sales team performance.

Responsible for export sales to key customers in Asian markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines.Customers comprised of major supermarket chains (Tesco, Carrefour, Cold Storage, NTUC) along with distributors and consolidators.In addition, was involved with business development and representation of our main export brands (including Arnott's, Nestle, Unilever, Kraft, Sanitarium) at international exhibitions. Also managed the sales team responsible for customer service, processing orders and export documentation.

Built and maintained relationships with various contacts within the networks to ensure Global Television’s success in gaining opportunities to secure new projectsEnsured all new projects were dealt with according to company procedures from receiving the client brief, handover to Operations and to invoicing.Provided assistance and recommendations in consultation with the client and technical managers for all projects Liaised with client prior, during and post event to ensure all requirements are met and all amendments were recorded and approved.Ensured all correspondence is delivered back to the client in a timely manner.Achievements:- Successfully managed the negotiations and implementation of a new studio program (Thank God You’re Here)- Assisted with updating all AFL packages for 2006- Assisted with the development of the inaugural Motor Sport packages for 2006 - Assisted with the smooth transition of client servicing for Network Seven following Global Television’s acquisition of the South Melbourne studio’s and subsequent office move.
