• Update WordPress, Blog, Emcee, Photo booth and Wedding website and Instagram photos • Data Entry for invoices and payments • Issuing invoices and quotations to clients and responding to clients’ emails • Helping out in events - taking photos during events and personal assistant • Designing of EDM for photo booth, creating of advertising banners, flyers, wall banners • Helping out in all sorts of miscellaneous stuff that requires assistance • Editing emcee videos for portfolio & upload on YouTube

Various Different Events Ranging from Corporate Events, Seminars to Tradeshows and Ministerial Events

• Clean up current MYOB customer database • Data mine for more companies to reach out to them • Print marketing materials, pack and mail to clients & companies • Bind workbooks, reports and materials for workshops or certification programs • Print customer's approved certificates and mail out. • Counting and packing of stocks in the storeroom • Answer calls and divert to the correct person-in-charge • Liaise with hotels in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia for meeting packages • Assist in packing certification program materials
