I am Michelle Woolf. I live in Devon and have worked with computers for over 25 years. My first profession was as a Pharmacy Technician where I became a qualified NVQ Assessor. But I was always drawn to computers. In 2008 I set up 121WoolfIT with the emphasis of training people on a 1:1 basis. Then in 2013 decided to re-brand as Devon IT Expert.My focus is on empowering people to use technology as the advances since 2011 are phenomenal.In my life I have gained office management, retail sales and organisational skills which gives me experience to advise of efficiencies in business. My skills base includes management of purchasing and distribution centre with negotiation skills, financial, accounting, auditing and reporting skills all associated with computerised pharmacy system.As the Pharmacy Computer System Manager Lead me to project managing installation of hardware and implementing software upgrades. Following on with in house presentations, I gained Certificate in Training Delivery Skills from Institute in IT Training.During this time I attained ECDL- which gave me recognition of my experience in using MS Office programs i.e. word excel etc. I constantly keep myself up to date with the latest advances in technology and software e.g. Open Office, Google Docs, Cloud based programs like Dropbox, Drive Skydrive, Google Apps.I have written business plans winning funding for community charity group. I currently give presentations to groups such as Exmouth Chamber of Commerce and Devon in Business. I have evolved into usingSocial media with Hootesuite for Facebook, Twitter, Google+ Pinterest and Instagram.Cloud accounting packages; Xero, TwinfieldFurthering my own skills to study AAT basic bookkeeping course.I love networking with people and passing on my skills to ensure their business work effectivelyI feel that all my hard work networking over the last 10 years has now lead me to being able to reap the Work Life Balance I crave.
