• Management of planners, field engineers, head technicians, and overseas engineers for all works • Management of fleet and PDA systems, including mapping of area’s and system training • Project management of works including risk assessment, method statements and health and safety• Investigation of incidents and accidents, working closely with the HSE• Contract retentions and renewals

South Of England

• Proactively supporting department heads in planning, estimating, credit control• Implementing processes and procedures across the business • Implementing and monitoring key performance levels within all departments • Monitoring call levels, downtime, first time fix’s, engineer efficiency, productivity • Monitoring department budgets and management of company vehicles • Management of supply chains, sub contractors and PAYE • PA duties supporting 2x Directors

Nottingham And London

• Effectively manage, support the development of the Nottingham branch• Planning operations of engineers on a daily and weekly basis• Arranging site visits for quotation, maintenance and service• Extensively liaising with site managers, architects and directors for works• Hiring of plant hire including training to adhere to health and safety laws• All PA duties to support the CEO
