I am a Coach with 10+ years of experience working in the mental health field and with various demographics of peoples including children and youth, Indigenous populations, BPOC members, people who identify as having physical and/or developmental disabilities (including varying degrees of exposure to mental illness, substance abuse, chronic illness, and neurodiversity), LQBTQ2SAI+ community members, individuals previously or actively in the criminal justice system, recent immigrants, people experiencing homelessness and/or food insecurity, etc. Both leadership and colleagues have recognized my ability to create an inclusive, safe, and nourishing environment. I have been applauded for my ability to “see the bigger picture”, demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity when problem solving, and for going “above and beyond” and remaining optimistic in the face of adverse challenges.I am an avid volunteer in my community, and specifically with The London Food Bank, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Action for Happiness, and The Mental Health Self-Care Association (where I am the Administrative Director of the Board of Directors).
