Magpie Eclectic is my shop on Etsy, it is my artwork. I have modified flamingos in different themes, I make wood pyrography signs and images.

I am the owner of a face painting business, I got to parties and other events to paint faces, and body art. I also do Temporary airbrush tattoos. I do all my own marketing, web design, financial reports, scheduling,

I interview potential employees, train new employees on all procedures in the operation of the store, I help with onboarding for new employees. I call in change orders and cash handling of the safe, setting tills in the morning for the day, and closing the tills at night and making deposits. I handle opening and closing procedures for the store. I receive the truck each week I use a forklift and pallet jack to unload the truck and prep it so the freight can be brought to the floor in a timely manner. I process the truck and paperwork for return trucks. I build freight for display, I merchandise endcaps with new product and set with ad items for the week. I move items in the ailes to make room for new product in a timely manner and make sure the store is neat and clean.

I go into a property or in the warehouse and add a description to that item that has been or needs to be photographed; this involves research on the item being described. I help customers when they won the item at pickup locate the item. I help organize the pickup process. I help with organizing with shipping.
