I love working with people, helping them learn and grow. My favorite roles have been where I can build relationships with leaders and front-line employees and support them through day-to-day challenges. I enjoy building and improving processes to allow teams to scale during rapid growth. I also appreciate great conversations, providing feedback, and receiving feedback. We can't grow if we don't know what we can do differently!
