Oversees movement of all barrels via truck and pipeline, contracts, and accounting in North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and Nebraska- Nominates and schedules all crude oil purchases and sales to pipeline systems and rail terminals- Works closely with the producer, trucker and market to ensure ratability of delivery- Gathers and maintains database.

Oversaw the scheduling of all gas purchases and sales for the Rimrock Pipeline, located in Wyoming. Responsibilities also include:-Customer service activities including confirmations, allocations, and monitoring customer imbalances-Provided direction regarding day-to-day transactions so that the pipeline can meet customers’ requests, and communicates with.

-Created new and maintained all existing contracts, contract files and databases-Reviewed and provided input to contractual letters-Reviewed and managed contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual support to ensure that all terms and conditions are met-Supported Business Development and Commercial Services departments on contract.

· Provided backup to the gas scheduler including but not limited to scheduling nominations on ONEOK's Quorum system, CIG's Xpress system, monitoring imbalances, acting as liaison between Copano and up/down stream customers, and using daily reports to communicate to the field

· Provided assistance to the scheduling manager for the Lake Charles LNG plant scheduling nominations, approving confirmations, allocations and monitoring customer imbalances · Provided assistance to the CFO, treasurer, cashier and corporate lawyer · Worked directly with banks concerning wires, ACH's and landman drafts while maintaining liquidity.
