Hi there!Super glad to have you here and thank you for visiting my profile.I am a strategic HR Professional and Career Coach.My career in Human Resources started out as a burning desire to create access to job opportunities for actively searching persons which I started out with people around me. Everyday I will check for opportunities and disperse to as many people I felt needed it. However, as time went on, I noticed the job access wasn’t just the problem but the preparedness required to ace interview sessions. Which led to me rendering interview coaching sessions and understanding the key expectations from job descriptions, understanding why that role needs to be filled and what can be defined as success for that role. After a few successful offers, the need to expand my tentacles and really understand human management in a workplace and business performance became key for me. In a short while, I have learnt a lot because of my desire to stay updated in the current world of work. I forgot to say I really love building systems and business processes hence my interest in start ups. With the advent of Covid , I have been able to improve more on work adaptability, accountability and the usage of great tools to work efficiently from any part of the world. Some examples are Slack, Jira, Notion,Hello Sign, Loom, Google Suite, Git-Hub, Asana,Google Classroom,Google Sites e.t.c I am also excited about digitalization and automation hence my love for tech- enabled businesses.
