• Inspects albums before digital distribution to ensure they meet metadata and asset requirements as per DDEX, iTunes, & Spotify Style Guidelines• Responsible for continually improving the accuracy of CD Baby’s submission deliveries, specifically as it relates to partner style guidelines & iTunes Scorecard• Resolves inbound submission update requests and research potential ingestion issues• Meets and exceeds service and productivity targets, including high quality inspection (i.e. maintain Direct Live status at iTunes), at least weekly resets of inspector queues and other KPIs (key performance indicators) as required• Addresses any urgent needs of the Artist Services or Creator Services teams• Knowledge of copyright laws as it relates to rights management, including artist contracts, cover songs and mechanical licensing• Processes tickets and resolves artist issue that include iTunes tickets, Artist Separations, AMG issues and Metadata Updates• Train team members & CD Baby new hires on partner guidelines and department processes• Continually expands knowledge as required to fulfill duties• Supports continuous improvement, Lean, and other process-efficiency initiatives
