I design programs, implement processes and HR systems. I am responsible for our people strategy, reporting, systems, total rewards. Very close collaboration with talent development (HRBP, L&D), and talent acquisition. The people problems that we’re solving are never separate from business goals and outcomes.Designed and oversaw total rewards strategy and execution, including cash compensation, MBO plans, equity plan and roll forward, benefits, employee retention.Ensured accurate information management, compliance with employment laws, and developed policies affecting compensation, benefits, and training. Collaborated closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and IT.

Joined Drift at a time when the team was ~200 people. In hypergrowth stage with 3x ARR yoy. Size of team more than doubled with expansion across the US and internationally. I work closely with Boomerang's leadership team to drive our demand generation efforts. This includes developing and executing various campaigns and events, as well as creating content to promote thought leadership. I also collaborate with the leadership team on go-to-market strategies, by conducting analysis on target markets and opportunities.One of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies in Data Science (2019).

MBA summer internship. I mainly worked on the development of a new product, from researching customer pain points to creating a product roadmap. I worked closely with the product team and the customer success team, and assisted the CEO with other deliverables including presentations to the board.

I started in the graduate analyst program where I worked on M&A and capital markets transactions for the industrials sector. I was part of teams that advised leading corporations on some major transactions including CSR's $1.75bn sale of its iconic sugar business, and GE's acquisition of an Australian mining equipment company. - Analyzed complex data, built operating and M&A models that drove valuation and transactional structuring decisions- Prepared market-sensitive documents (e.g. offering memoranda, analyst presentations, announcements)- Created and analyzed data models on shareholder participation and pricing, which informed structuring. Executed capital raisings, IPOs and hybrid issuances totaling ~$7bn- Evaluated strategic growth options and acquisition opportunities for clients, and subsequently presented and discussed findings- Managed external advisers in the development of structuring documents, and coordinated internal and external teams on approval processes and compliance with market operating rules- Oversaw due diligence work streams, and coordinated site visits and roadshowsUBS has been Australia's leading investment bank over the past decade, with significant market share in ECM and M&A.

I completed a sales and trading internship within the Global Markets division, as a part of a group of six interns chosen from Australia and New Zealand. I worked with teams in Global Finance Foreign Exchange in Hong Kong, and Debt Capital Markets in Singapore. My work included conducting analysis for the FX team, and helping with the management of a roadshow for the DCM team.
