Update: We have opened 2 new clinics and have submitted our FQHC Look-A-Like application. Things are going great, we have more new patients calling us every day - three new providers being credentialed as I write this. Upstate Family Health Center is a Safety Net provider. We will help anyone we possibly can and try to get them any other assistance they may need. Working all aspects of Health Information Technology with eClinicalWorks. This is a new venture for me, new EMR software, but I'm really looking forward to it. Working on ePCS, workflows to help the providers get better results from eClinicalWorks, work with local Labs to get eClinicalWorks set up as needed for the providers. Also working on PCMH for our clinic and so many other projects. At this time I've been here for a week, but I feel like I'm going to make a huge difference.

All reports needed for clinical, financial and statistical areas. NextGen in-house support, trainer, build/alter documents, troubleshoot, help create better workflows based on new patient care ideas. Also do all IT support in-house and work with Casino IT staff as needed. Support Dental, Medical and Behavioral Health Staff. I am a NextGen Certified Professional in Electronic Patient Management (EPM) as well as Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Hardware and Software install, repair, troubleshoot. Network install, troubleshooting. Purchase hardware and software for clients. Recommend solutions based on clients needs and wants. Basically we are an IT department for smaller companies that don't have an IT dept. I work with Macs and PC's.
