I’ve been fortunate to call Basis Technologies (formerly Centro) my home for more than 9 years, and as one of the first hires on the recruiting team, I’ve had the incredible experience of helping build the entire recruiting function: from hiring across all departments, to optimizing recruiting processes, to enhancing candidate experience from start to finish. I drew on my years of recruiting for Basis to establish and grow our employer brand and now lead the Talent Acquisition function.
