Leading a volunteer team to get kids sailing in the wonderful 8 acre lake. Navigated the Covid pandemic to be the first outdoor activity available to be accessed as lockdown rules changed. Moppy Camp is an intensive weekend of learning and fun. It happens twice a year with 120 children sailing at each event and 150 plus helpers. As an RYA training centre, we have annual inspections.

On my busiest day in Cowes Week, I co-ordinated seven different client events starting in 5 different marinas' ALL with multiple yachts / powerboats and RIBS. As well as managing the VIP Lounge in Cowes with a public RIB rides service which alone entertained 120 people a day. Managed the office and organsied the two local hotels where we accomodated our guests. Looked after all 'land' aspects of the guests stay from airport tranfers, specific room requirements, mid week entertainment and random requests.
