Due to my strong background in international business as well as my extensive knowledge of SAP, I was able to take on the additional responsibilities of Supply Chain / Finance Coordinator.I continued to enhance my knowledge in the customer service industry at Evonik by creating a manual detailing all of the processes and responsibilities of a Customer Support Specialist.More recently, I joined Seppic Inc as a Customer Service Supervisor and was quickly promoted to Customer Service Manager.
