Michelle is an analytics and AI program leader and practitioner who specializes in strategic planning and implementation. As a team builder and problem solver, Michelle brings a unique ability to connect data and AI best practices with strategic decision making – rallying diverse stakeholders around project objectives and delivering solutions with broad engagement and consideration.For her passion projects, Michelle co-founded R Story, a civically-oriented startup that works to democratize access to social and economic data insights for small and rural communities. She also works on academic research in political science, using natural and field experiments to study the drivers of legislative action in favor of women’s issues and voter behavior in minority groups.
