The majority of my career was spent with early stage start-ups as a HR & Accounting Manager. My roles were specifically focused on creating infrastructure that was efficient and could sustain rapid company growth. I decided to shift my career in November 2012, into a HR specific role for a large company. I was curious to see how massive organizations differed from the start-up world - for the better and for the worse. It's turned out to be an invaluable experience and I'm still learning new things everyday.
