About Michelle Gray

Resulting from my passion to help injured employees return to healthy work environments, Focus on Intervention was created. Since our inception in 1992 we have developed time tested and proven cost-effective return to work solutions for over 10,000 employers ranging from fortune 500 companies to small mom and pops. Our proprietary job bank database has thousands of up-to-date occupations that can be utilized and customized in the return to work process. We also specialize in ergonomic evaluations and helping the employer and employee identify and address factors that can severely impact the company’s profitability and their employee’s health As President and Co-founder my role has been to maintain our vision, grow our organization, strengthen it and keep up with new standards and industry trend developments. I have systematized our processes, assuring consistency and the highest quality service to our customers in all of our divisions. I hold a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling complimented by several specialty certifications in Ergonomics, Health and Safety, Case Management, Business and Operational Software Development.
