Current• Assist in school policy review, implementation, and enforcement• Develop course schedule in collaboration with middle school staff and create specialist schedule for K-8 students• Assist in the development and implementation of the school improvement plan• Assist in the interview process and orientation of staff members• Assist in creating a professional development plan for staff and staff workshops• Develop, implement, and manage marketing and enrollment initiatives• Establish systems to develop a yearly marketing and enrollment plan and enrollment goals, measure initiative effectiveness, interpret data, and provide feedback on data• Determine and guide implementation of promotional initiatives through digital and print means including social media, newspaper ads, and billboards• Manage and support marketing and enrollment efforts including participation in city parades, open houses, and fundraising events• Provide tours to prospective families• Build relationships and work with new and current families through the admissions and enrollment process• Assist staff and students with technology needs• Administer and manage NWEA testing and review of data to improve instruction• Work with staff and administration to maintain software and hardware needs• Maintain the school website with up-to-date information • Create annual school yearbook• Chair Wines to Wishes, the school’s annual fundraiser• Assist with other administrative roles on an as needed basis, including discipline and substitute teaching• Attend monthly School Advisory Committee meetings, a branch of the Parish Commissions• Served on the COVID-19 Task Force Committee
