Attendance at event conferences, including design of promotional materials to be distributed.Updates to social media sites (twitter, linkedin, facebook) with engaging and current materials. Assisting in the development of PPC (pay-per-click) campaign. Communication with the web management group to ensure that any new or upcoming changes are reflected appropriately on the website. Following up on Internet and phone leads, and negotiation of new contracts.Supervision of several event coordinators on staff, including developing of promotional packages to enhance sales of upgraded event packages throughout the planning process.Creation of detailed event timelines and assurance of proper execution by communicating consistently with our partners. Development of new partnerships within the nearby area, to continue offering clients excellent variety in services offered. Day-of coordination including setup, décor, payment distributions for additional services rendered as applicable, timeline adherence, and liaison to the kitchen manager. Hiring of wait staff and development of training tools for contracted service staff, to assure kitchen functionality during events. Releasing weekly payroll (within TimeTrax software)

• Research of investigations related to the QA Documentation group, including gathering of information, timely documentation of the event, and implementing corrective action plans.• Creating and maintaining databases in Excel and Access for SOPs, STPs, Specifications, Policies, Change Control.• Communications with various global partners, and gaining partner approval to controlled documents as needed. • Generate, proofread, and/or verify logbook creation for Quality Assurance and Production.• Assignment of product code numbers, and maintenance of the items within the JD Edwards system (including creation, revision, and/or obsolescence of the code numbers).• Review and revision of procedures within a Documentum platform, for clarity and ease of use. • FDA Inspection preparation and personnel training. • Processing of Change Control activities within the company, through Documentum and Trackwise systems, and manual process as applicable. Ensure implementation of proposed changes in a timely manner.• Distribute controlled documents to controlled binders and ensure closure of document distribution.• Issuing of equipment and laboratory protocols.• Training of new personnel within the department, and development of new programs to streamline the general training process.• Facilitating product engineering, equipment, and artwork changes.• Issuance and review of Manufacturing and Packaging Batch Records to support the Production schedule.• Manage and perform Record Retention activities (both off-site and in-house). • Maintaining metrics of activities performed by all personnel within the department.
