Michelle has 30 years experience of planning and development issues in the planning consultancy context. She has been involved in a variety of projects, including retail, commercial, industrial and residential development as planning adviser and, in many cases, overall project coordinator and client representative. Michelle is National Head of the Education Sector at DPP and is responsible for driving the strategic growth of this sector within the Company, with a focus on the schools and HE sectors. Michelle's individual experience includes advising and gaining planning permission for secondary and primary schools via the PSBP2 Programme. She also has specific experience in issues arising from modular off-site construction in this sector. Michelle has considerable experience in preparing and presenting evidence for public inquiries and in the formulation and submission of representations to development plans.She also has extensive experience of preparing development briefs and planning appraisals and in the preparation of retail and economic assessments.
