I am a third-year student at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, majoring in marketing and international business. I have a passion for leadership, public speaking, and cooperating with peers. I demonstrated these strengths in a variety of positions, beginning in high school with my position as a Kroger Social Media Specialist. With this position, I easily adapted to the at-home work environment during covid, tailored to the needs of the customers that had issues with orders through various social media outlets, and I went above the goals that were asked as I was able to increase productivity on the team. In high school, I was also actively involved with our school spirit store, Trojan Exchange, as I was the marketing, social media, and technology manager. I oversaw 50 students to increase revenue, our involvement with the community, and run the social media pages to keep the public informed. The Trojan Exchange used their profits for scholarships for seniors and I helped to increase our profits by $10,000 from 2021 to 2022. A junior at Indiana University, I seek to continue new opportunities to expand my professional and personal development. I currently am employed through Kelley International Programs where I assist in potential study abroad opportunities for students. I am also a part of the Student Athletic Board on campus, along with being a member of the club tennis team.I hope to grow my involvement by joining a semester abroad program and becoming a Kelley peer mentor. As a Kelley peer mentor I hope to help freshman navigate their first year. To continue growing my strengths of communication, problem solving, and adaptability, I look forward to engaging in a marketing internship in the future. Ultimately, I see myself pursuing a role in marketing where I can improve the performance of products for companies and help to create a better relationship with customers.
