As a business transformation consultant, I enable companies to transform their business holistically by combining digital and human transformation. I have observed that only by approaching transformation holistically can it be successful and sustainable. For me, a major responsibility is to go beyond providing answers for the FAQ’s but to ensure that all the right questions are identified and thoroughly addressed.My problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, innovative thinking and many years in sales, feed my passion for relationship building, helping me to uncover a company’s potential and assist in achieving that potential.A guiding thought throughout my journey is that change is not easy. Most of our assignments involve teams and team leaders that are aware of and embrace the need for change. Experience has shown however that the comfort of the familiar can sabotage even the most motivated effort to introduce change. The word “transformation” implies a process involving a series of changes. Each step has the potential to derail the transformation. I believe that process changes must include close attention to the human element. Understanding where, how and why changes may erode employee comfort and confidence is a major goal for me. Placing a great deal of emphasis on addressing these human aspects of a transformation ensures that genuine transformation takes place and remains robust.
