Translate consensus forecast, developing rolling 12 month to 4 year Master Production Schedule (MPS). Coordinate internal and external production schedules ensuring product availability to meet demands. Track work-in-progress and review factors which may affect production schedules. Supervise production planning team of five. * Develop, publish and maintain MPS for internal manufacturing and external production and distribution centers, balancing production capacity and inventory levels strategically with corporate goals.* Facilitate weekly Operations and Supply Planning meetings. Collaborate with operations departments seeking root cause for areas of concern and offer solution focusing on continuous improvement* Support Director of Supply Chain in weekly S&OP and ES&OP meetings via reports and PowerPoint presentations supporting communication of past actuals, current state and future goals, highlighting areas of concerns where applicable. * Coordinate with sales, customer service, and ioperational departments on upcoming promotional events and inventory opportunities. Team goal – 99.5% customer fill rate.* Facilitate monthly forecast consensus process, working with sales and marketing to update demand forecast.* Maintain integrity of data within ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) supporting corporate goals and objectives.* Track weekly and monthly KPI’s reports relating to manufacturing process execution, customer fill rate and forecast accuracy.* Create, follow, and revise procedures required to support operations execution processes and scheduling applications.* Coordinate with materials manager and logistics to fulfill contract packaging MPS requirements.* Ensure raw material availability for co-manufacturers, as needed to fulfill order requirements.* Support on boarding of new co-manufacturer facilities for distribution and new item production needs
