Kids Unlimited Academy is a K-7 school that supports English Language Learners and economicallydisadvantaged students and families. It is an extended day, extended year program. We believe that all students are capable of achieving at high levels, graduating from high school, and attending college or receiving post-secondary training. We have small class sizes, and very high attendance rates. Because we believe students do best when they are well fed, we serve a healthy made-from scratch breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The Family Nurturing Center helps over 1000 families each year. Our mission is to strengthen families so that children can live safely and develop fully in their parents’ care. The Purpose of the Family Nurturing Center is to Prevent Child Abuse and Neglect. We wrap an array of services around families in crisis helping them rebuild their lives and raise healthy and thriving children.

Procare helps childcare centers simplify their bookkeeping, accounting, and payment processing, so they can focus on what they do best, taking care of children. Procare is the family business, developed by my dad, Jeff Blum. I helped design a web application, made educational videos and helped customers implement payment processing solutions. I enjoy helping both customers and employees succeed, because when they succeed, we do too.

Jackson County, Oregon

Served as an advisor to the Jackson County Board of Commissioners. I led a successful campaign that protected our libraries from being closed due to budget restraints and instead allowed for additional library hours and services.
