After 14 years in Product Leadership, I still have a passion for what I do! It’s likely because I understand my customers, and am able the weigh technology and business needs to create the best possible solution. I understand when to compromise and when to be unyielding. I love helping the people around me flourish, and actively support their careers. I love figuring out the things that no one wants to tackle, removing obstacles so my team can thrive, and I love sharing what I’ve learned with others. I am authentic, have a huge amount of empathy, work just as well with the c-suite as the geeks, and I love the shift to data-driven action. I am an effective translator between tech and business and am persuasive without authority. I dig in and get involved. I love a good pun, especially when not everyone gets it. I love to travel, go on adventures, cute dog pics, and experiencing all the beauty this world has to offer.
