I am a Senior Major Incident Manager, now working with ADP in the Critical Incident Response Team. I am a former Database Sr Analyst, and Application Management Advisor.Currently I work on a team that supports thousands of Customers and their success is critical to our Company businesses.Although I am a very technical person i enjoy interactions with other employees or interns, helping them in their personal development both in tech field and at a personal level, so that they can achieve success in their career. That alone motivates everyday to do a better job and to learn more about people.With that approach not only I get better results from the team and to the team, but also to our customer, delivering excellence in what we do.*******I am very knowledgeable when it comes to diversity and inclusion, since i have been working with that (as a volunteer) for almost 10 years now.I have been a speaker on multiple D&I events, career fairs, university lectures and so on. My dynamics and the fact that i am a person that speak very well for crowds, help me get the results and their empathy for D&I.*******Outside of work i am a huge geek, that enjoys video games and anime, but my free time consists of bodybuilding every day. Live streaming diversity and gaming content is another passion, and from time to time i like to step on the mat for a sparring session. If all you want to do is talk, i enjoy having a good conversation, be it in English or Portuguese.
