CurrentManage, coordinate and execute the design, content, layout and distribution of all promotional literature (printed and electronic) including but not limited to: exhibitor brochures; postcards; attendee pieces/brochures; advertisements; banners; fact sheets; invitations; ecards; etc.Responsible for regular interaction and communications with partners, supporters and advisory councils to ensure all parties are actively engaged and being utilized to full potential.Oversee production, planning and execution of attendee and exhibitor marketing / media plans in accordance to budget set forth by COO.Produce and maintain internal reports as required which include but not limited to: monthly website stats reports; post show source code analysis; ecard response reports; click through reports; etc.Management and maintenance of electronic templates, functionality and opt out reports, opt in and out indicators. Seek out and recommend new resources and technologies to enhance and increase all marketing vehicle performances.
