My passion is empowering people. If you want the skills 'pitch' you'll find it in the paragraph at the bottom, but if you want to know about me, that's basically the heart of it. My career has always been based around helping people live happier, healthier and more successful lives, both personally and professionally - through one-to-one work, empowering learners, designing effective training and supporting professionals be exceptional leaders. My belief is that in every situation, whether training, coaching, therapy or simply in the office, every person is a unique individual, with their own strengths, struggles, passions and needs. I work hard to to provide environments where people feel safe, supported, heard and empowered to be themselves. In describing my work I would say I align to many evidence-based approaches and work responsively based on individual need. I also advocate strongly for supporting all aspects of our lives and wellbeing - something science and research are now (thankfully) increasingly recognising as well.
