Michelle Browning Coaching, LLC was founded by Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Michelle Browning to bring trauma-informed practices to individuals seeking to understand what drives the patterns of protection and defensiveness they recognize in their lives and relationships. Her coaching model is evidence-based and informed by polyvagal theory. Her holistic practice promotes well-being through 1-1 coaching, online courses, and programs that support relating to the self in profoundly compassionate ways, getting unstuck, and taking tolerable steps toward deeply desired lived experiences.
