Directing the Client Customer Advisory Council and Sales Advisory Board programs globally for all customer segments with a passion for cultivating strategic diversity and inclusion programs/events for to increase diversity in advisory council programs. I strive to continuously improve our research-based methodology to collect and report qualitative research findings from advisory council engagements. A particular point of pride has been designing and growing a customer-led online user community to network customers and create dialogue with product planners (4,000+ members), including a Trusted Tester Program that establishes an always-ready customer pool under NDA to participate in focus groups, surveys, mystery shopping and product testing that helps shape future product design. Inspired to share my experience and assist my CAB/CAC managers collegues, I created the Dell Customer Advisory Managers group that offers best practice sharing, training and resources to CAC/CAB managers across Dell.
