Technical Training And Instructional Design
Current- Identify performance, skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and create, select and/or suggest learning experiences to fill this gap. Interview Subject Matter Experts as well as Target Audience to identify knowledge needed and knowledge already known. Focus is on Need To Know, not Nice To Know. Deliverable is a Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes (KSA) document identifying learning objectives for each Target Audience.- Identify the order of topics from the KSA documents and logical groupings. Deliverables are Marketing Outlines for each target audience, organized by Course Name, Lesson Names, Learning Objectives.- For each learning objective, create an activity to reinforce the lesson and the details that should be included in the lesson. List the steps for all demos. Provide suggestions for graphics. Each Lesson Plan will go through two review cycles with a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Deliverables are Detailed Lesson Plans.- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design CLIENTS:- Created course curriculum of best practices for marketers and marketing tech who will be implementing a Customer Data Platform (CDP).- Creating course curriculums for a data management software company for Data Engineers and Data Stewards
