Led a team of 12 responsible for a stewarding donors to the University’s $117 million annual fundraising operation. Team operations included the full spectrum of donor stewardship, from writing gift agreements compliant with federal, state, and UH legal standards to financial stewardship of endowed funds and other donor restricted gifts as well as compliance reporting for the University’s $565 million endowment. Director’s role included goal setting, policy revisions, budget projections, benchmarking to track success and the responsibility to hire and develop staff, as well as assignment to the University's highest-profile advancement and donor engagement events.

Reported directly to the Dean of the College of Education raising dollars and developing support on behalf of teacher education programs, scholarships, and programmatic funding supporting programs in partnership with local school systems. Led the combined team effort that increased giving to COE from $685,000 to $2.4 million. Independently conducted audit of endowment fund management in the College and discovered $152,260 of unused funds available for scholarship and program support

Managed the Annual Giving activities for alumni from 1951 - 1961, including management of over 250 voluteers. Led the reunion class annual giving campaign that resulted in a the first $1 million class gift to the Yale Alumni Fund. Exceeded annual fundraising goal of $3 million. Responsibilities included managing the largest team of volunteers (269) within Yale College Annual Giving and led Yale College Annual Giving with the highest single gift ($250,000), highest average participation results, highest average gift, and largest number of gifts. As the staff liaison to the Board of Directors, planned thrice-yearly board meetings and the annual Chairman’s ball, reported resulted and disseminated information to the 77-member Board. Led the annual new-member slating and election process. Drafted all communications for the Board Chairman.

Partnered with Associate Director of G&P to coordinate development activities for all 12 professional schools, creating and implementing a customized, comprehensive fundraising plan for each of 12 Schools that included marketing and communications strategies customized for each school as well as volunteer management for the largest group of volunteers with the alumni fund.
