• In addition to the tasks listed below for the indirect channel ordering system, I also assumed the role of team lead for the indirect channel ordering system, as well as the self-install kit ordering system.• Involved in developing and improving the standard SDLC processes for the cSolutions development group within CET, this is comprised of the multiple development teams owning customer facing web applications using C#/.NET technologies (e.g. Comcast.com, Residential Customer Portal, Help and Support).• Lead a team of 10 developers following this SDLC process to deploy monthly releases for the indirect channel and self-install kit ordering systems.• Coordinated with business, solution design, QA, and operations and support teams to get every release into production monthly.• Successful delivery of multiple POR programs, including the self-install kit FullSIK project. This automated in-home, customer-driven activation capabilities, reducing customer calls to third party call centers at an estimated $15MM savings.
