• Perform all in-scope testing within Service Level Agreements.
• Responsible in ensuring SOX Compliance Testing including preparation of testing calendar, selection of samples and obtaining of sufficient artifacts and supporting evidences for testing.
• Responsible for monthly pre audit and Local Compliance Testing thru analyzation of data obtained for any deficiencies in controls, duplication of payments, fraud or lack of compliance with IBM policies or procedures.
• Facilitate or communicate testing results to the Process Owner/s and/or identified BC focal/s.
• Enhances and refines business processes and policies by collaborating with process owners to identify positive and value added solutions to address recurring defects or weaknesses identified for increasing operational.
• Review documentation for compliance and works with SME and ensure that we have updated and complete process documentations.

• Primarily responsible for the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
• Conducts investigation/analysis of inventory discrepancies. Prepares report relative thereto.
• Participate in Fiscal Year End/ special inventory count of supermarket (warehouse and selling area) and department store and performs reconciliation of FYE count results.
• Determines through SAP program whether processing of daily transactions are accomplished and checking the history of the item in the system's ledger.
• Conducts ocular inspection of promotions at the Supermarket
• Monitors compliance of concerned department head on the imposition of sanctions to an employee who has committed errors/infractions in the discharge of duties bearing an effect in the inventory of supermarket.
