• Sustain and grow a vibrant American Lung Association of the Northeast ‘Medical & Scientific Branch’ (MSB) with health professional members throughout the Northeast engaged in work supporting the organization’s mission.
• Work collaboratively with other Health Education and Public Policy staff on initiatives where the expertise and resources of the MSB can be used to accomplish the mission-related work of the organization.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Pulmonary Section committees (volunteers) and provide an administrative service for sections (including scheduling regular meetings, disseminating meeting papers.
• Employ creative strategies for MSB member recruitment and continued engagement, manage member administration, update MSB webpages and write monthly member e-news.
• Provide support for the research grants program in collaboration with the American Lung Association national office.
• Expertly coordinate all Medical & Scientific Branch programs including a series of annual CME conferences throughout the Northeast

--Implementation of health promotion strategies and activities as identified by the strategic plan--Work with staff to integrate program, policy and development initiatives--Periodically inventory and assess health promotion and policy efforts of the association to assure goals and objectives are being met and consistent--Identify and cultivate.

Mobilize Against Tobacco for Connecticut's HealthResponsible for:- Coalition communication- Minutes at board and general meetings- Social media communication- Organizing MATCH events- Development of MATCH policy priorities- Speaking at events as necessary

• Provide training and assistance to Play Space Grant recipients
• Support them through site visits and providing in-person coaching andtraining.
• Observe, model, and discuss strategies for developing physical activity

• Data entry of recording orders
• Research and review search information and files against the mortgage
• Obtain and verify legal descriptions
• Determine if mortgage is properly executed and conforms to registry staterequirements
• Identify title and execution problems and report back to lender inaccordance with client requirements
